Joe Cang, of the United Kingdom, has a soulful folksy voice that’s smooth through and through. I first heard Joe Cang in the US, in 2005, when I had XM satellite Radio. I listened to the Unknown Artists station a lot, and I heard him there. I never forgot his name.
