Almost back, I think.
Date: July 22, 2006
I’ve been in my new apartment for a week now, have started university, and my parents left last Monday. All’s going well, save for what I consider my most important thing: the internet! There is a fault in my telephone line that Telstra has to fix. My service provider, Rabbit ISP, has to be the one to report the fault though. Some things are a bit different here. Takes some getting used to to have other people doing things for me, rather than everything having to be independent, as I feel it is in the States quite often.
Hopefully I’ll be online and be able to answer the dozens of emails that you all have sent me. Thanks for keeping in touch! It means a lot!

Hi Lelia, nice to see you got some time to post again. Nice to have you back online. So how’s Aussie life down under?

I found something in the back of a national geographic a few weeks back and thought of you.
“Authors wanted: A well-known New York subsidy book publisher is searching for manuscripts. Fiction, non-fiction, poetry, juvenile, travel, scientific, specialized and even controversial subjects will be considered. If you have a book-length manuscript ready for publication (or are still working on it), call or write for informative, free 32-page illustrated booklet, ‘TD-7.’

I dunno if you’ve heard of it, tried it, hate it…whatever. I thought of you and so there it is!

Do let me know if there’s anything I can do for you. I’ve been made redundant at work and finish up sometime in August, so I’ll probably have LOTS of free time soon. *sigh*
